1. Return & Refund Policy
At Woodskart, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we create from reclaimed wood. Each piece is handcrafted by our skilled artisans, making it unique in character. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
• The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:
• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• Products with natural wood variations (grain, color, texture) — these are features, not defects.
• Products damaged due to mishandling, water exposure, or improper use by the customer.
• Gift cards or promotional items.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number.
• Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
• A brief description of the issue.
We will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
• Shipping charges paid at the time of original purchase are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
