Orders & Payment

•        By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

•        All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

•        We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods available on our payment gateway.

•        We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

•        In case of order cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund.

 

Order Cancellation by Customer

•        Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us via email or phone.

•        Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — the Return Policy will apply.

•        Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
